SENSIUM × Japodium partnership
A strategic partnership combining Japodium's on-the-ground infrastructure with the SENSIUM digital layer on the EarthMeta platform. Bihać and Una National Park get an experience before, during, and after the visit.

SENSIUM, a Governor on the EarthMeta platform developing digital ecosystems of real cities, has entered a strategic partnership with Japodium, the leading digital guide for Una National Park and the wider region of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This collaboration is a natural step toward the vision EarthMeta sets as a global standard, turning real locations into living digital ecosystems.
The collaboration began organically. The SENSIUM project was introduced to Whitelynx (whitelynx.tech), the company that built the official sensium.digital website. Already during the site's creation, the Whitelynx team recognised the depth of the SENSIUM concept and the transformative potential of the EarthMeta platform, gave it full support, and joined SENSIUM in execution and a strategic plan for further development.
The partnership fits perfectly into SENSIUM's vision of merging the physical and digital layers of a city. Bihać is already part of the SENSIUM portfolio as a Tier 2 city, the jewel of the Una river, while Japodium brings a bridge between visitors and the field built over years, an infrastructure waiting to be enriched with a digital layer.
About Japodium
Japodium is a mobile application (available on Google Play and the App Store) and a product of the development company Whitelynx, owned by Alen Anadolac and Anes Mulalić. The two have spent nearly three years building an app that guides users through Una National Park and the surrounding tourist destinations, on the western edge of Bosnia and Herzegovina along the Croatian border, with the city of Bihać at its centre and home to one of the most beautiful national parks in southeastern Europe.
What sets Japodium apart:
- Precise navigation with offline access, working in areas without signal, which is crucial when visitors move through canyons, forests, and locations far from urban centres
- CMS for instant content publishing, allowing tourism providers to update information, galleries, and notices in real time
- Online activity reservations, the only solution in Bosnia and Herzegovina that enables direct booking of activities in Una National Park (rafting, rides, excursions, tickets)
- Visitor zone tracking technology, the only application in BiH that analyses which zones visitors move through and which activities they take part in, generating invaluable data for park management and the strategic development of the tourism offer
- Content professionally structured through activities and destinations, with a gallery and informative text for each location, plus an advanced "go to location" feature
What the partnership brings
Combining Japodium's on-the-ground infrastructure with the SENSIUM digital layer of a city on the EarthMeta platform opens space for an experience that has not existed in this region before. A visitor can explore Bihać and Una National Park before arrival through the 3D city experience on EarthMeta, during the visit through Japodium navigation, reservations, and an AR layer on exact GPS coordinates, and after departure through digital souvenirs, NFT records, and continued interaction with the city.
A concrete result of the partnership is already visible inside the app itself. When a Japodium user selects a destination that is an old fortress or another historical site, alongside the photo gallery they also get a 3D view option, a model of the building they can rotate and observe from every angle. SENSIUM delivers these 3D models through the EarthMeta infrastructure, making the development of 3D objects on the EarthMeta platform one of the top priorities of this partnership, with a particular focus on more detailed work and additional texture layers that preserve the authenticity of historical heritage.
For Una National Park this means digitisation of natural and cultural heritage without physical strain on the terrain. For visitors, a single place for everything, from information through navigation and 3D viewing of objects to reservations and a digital experience. For the Krajina region, historic positioning as the first area in Bosnia and Herzegovina whose tourism operates on two layers simultaneously, physical and digital.
This partnership is not the end, but the beginning. The model that SENSIUM and Japodium are jointly establishing in Bihać can serve as a reference framework for the EarthMeta ecosystem globally, proof that a strong local partner with the right infrastructure and the SENSIUM digital layer together unlock entirely new value for cities, visitors, and investors.
